On September 9, the head of the department, Oleh Chertov, and associate professors Iryna Yehorchenko and Danylo Tavrov met with Michael Simbirsky, the treasurer of the non-profit organization Nova Ukraine based in the USA. The meeting was also attended by Anna Hlugovska, the assistant director of the Ukrainian branch of Nova Ukraine, and staff members Zoya Aleksandrova and Vadym Martynovskyi. The participants discussed current educational challenges in Ukraine and ways to address them, and exchanged ideas on deepening cooperation between the organizations.
