On May 17, students of the Department of Applied Mathematics met with representatives of Brainstack — a Ukrainian multi-product IT company that develops products for millions of users around the world.

The company’s Head of Analytics, Maksym Samsoniuk, gave students an engaging talk about what a data analyst does in a product-focused IT company, where their work begins, and which tools and skills are essential for the role.

Brainstack also announced the launch of a Data Camp — a summer school in data analytics for junior students of our department, which will take place at the end of August in Kyiv Oblast. Participants will live and work together, solving real-world projects — and the best-performing students will be invited to join the Brainstack team.
