Valerii Buslaiev was born in Kyiv in 2001. In 2022, Valerii received his Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, followed by his Master's degree in the same field in 2024 from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (Kyiv, Ukraine).

For the past three years, he has been working as a Machine Learning Engineer at the Ukrainian business-to-business company IT-Enterprise, where he began his professional career. His work focuses on solving problems in Natural Language Processing (NLP, particularly Large Language Models), as well as Computer Vision.
