Graduated (cum laude) from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in 2008 with a degree in Biotechnology. In 2011, obtained a second higher education degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” in Economic Cybernetics and received a Master’s qualification in Economics.

In 2012, defended a PhD (Candidate of Biological Sciences) thesis in specialty 14.03.11 — Medical and Biological Informatics and Cybernetics. Dissertation topic: “Mathematical Models for Predicting the Effectiveness of Rotavirus Vaccines in Ukraine.”

In 2020, defended a Doctor of Pharmaceutical Sciences thesis in specialty 15.00.01 — Drug Technology, Organisation of Pharmacy, and Forensic Pharmacy. Dissertation topic: “Scientific Substantiation of Pharmaceutical Provision for Aetiological Diagnostics, Vaccine Prevention, and Pharmacotherapy of Viral Infections.”

Part-time lecturer. From 2007 to 2024, worked at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine in the positions of laboratory assistant, senior laboratory assistant, senior research fellow, associate professor, and professor. Also served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medical Prevention and Pharmacy at the same university. Since 2024, has been Head of the Department of Pharmacy at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine.

Has extensive practical experience. Since 2021 to the present, has been a scientific consultant for leading national and international pharmaceutical companies in the areas of health technology assessment, pharmacoeconomic analysis, and mathematical modelling of the clinical and economic effectiveness of medicinal products.
