Settlement conditions
Colleagues, the following terms and conditions were in effect before the coronavirus pandemic spread around the world.
We are leaving them on the site in the hope that they will become relevant again over time, as everything returns to normal.
The list of documents required at the beginning:
- Passport.
- Certificate with a stamp of fluorography (form 086-у or other).
- Forms from the passport office about the discharge from the place of permanent residence.
- 2 3 x 4 photos.
- For boys - a military registration certificate or military ID.
First-year students are accommodated in the dormitory from August 26 to September 25. It is advisable (but not mandatory) to arrive on the day specified in the call to study (in the accommodation lists).

You must have with you
- a passport with a stamp of discharge from permanent residence and coupons from the passport office;
- a certificate from the dean's office;
- a call to study.
As a result, you will receive an accommodation order with a passport office stamp on it.

You must have with you:
- a certificate with a note on the results of fluorography;
- an order for accommodation.
After the medical examination, the therapist leaves a mark on the warrant about its successful completion.

You must have with you:
- military ID (registration certificate);
- an order for settlement.
As a result, the warrant is stamped by the military mobilization department (Solomyansky RVC).
The Military Mobilization Department of NTUU "KPI" is located in building 31 (7-a Metalistiv St.), room 1-01.
- 04The head of the dormitory:
- conclude an accommodation agreement;
- familiarize yourself with the internal regulations;
- pay for the accommodation at least one month in advance in accordance with the payment policy.
You must have with you - an accommodation order with the stamps of a passport officer, a faculty therapist (for boys - also with the stamp of the Solomyansky District Military Commissariat);
- money to pay for accommodation.
The head of the dormitory issues you a certificate with which you go to the Pass Office (back side of the dormitory #7, 3 Metalistiv St.) and receive a pass, which will be activated at 18:00 on the day of issue.
If you are a second or senior year student and want to move into a dormitory for the first time, you need to contact the Deputy Dean for Dormitory Affairs, Victoria Gromova, and write a corresponding application. After that, the settlement procedure is the same as for the first year students.
