Ukraine-Japan Center

Ukraine-Japan Center (UAJC) as a Japanese International Cooperation Agency's project was founded by an agreement between two states and started working on May 22, 2006 on the basis of National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.”

The project aims at contributing to the further Ukrainian economy's growth through developing human resources of Ukraine where rapid advance of the market economy takes place, and also through improving the foreign trade and business exchange between Japan and Ukraine.

Yet another goal of the project is to deepen mutual understanding and to improve friendly terms between our countries. Thus, here at the Center which is opened for everyone, Japanese language and art courses are held. Also, various events take place there, and the project's library provides plenty of information services. Moreover, activities related to cooperation with the scientific community, industrial sector, and governmental agencies also happen there.
