Department Assist. Prof. Dan Tavrov Got PhD Degree

On October 20, 2016, Applied Mathematics Department Assistant Professor Dan Tavrov successfully defended his PhD thesis titled “Models, Methods and Information Technology for Providing Data Group Anonymity,” major 05.13.06 (information technologies). Scientific advisor—ScD, Head of the Department Oleg Chertov.

Members of the thesis committee, opponents, and invited guests noted the high quality of the thesis and published papers and book chapters, as well as the thesis style and composition. Out of 15 members of the committee, all 15 voted “for” conferring PhD degree on Dan Tavrov.
