“Computer Architecture,” “Algorithms and Data Structures,” “Operating Systems,” “Complex Systems Modeling.”

What hobbies have you got?

I like hunting, fishing. My brother and I often go fishing on the islands of the Dnieper. Read books.

What genre do you prefer?

Before, I was more into fantasy, now I enjoy classics more.

If you caught goldfish, what wish would you make?

Of course, the well-being for myself and others. But in general, I don't believe in miracles. I got used to the idea that everything you want to achieve, you have to achieve on your own.

What did you want to be when you were a child?

At first I wanted to be a firefighter, then a truck driver.

I couldn’t even fancy that my future education and occupation will be connected with computers. Though, hard times of the 90s defined my choice.

Do you often play video games? Which ones do you prefer?

Well, now pretty rarely. I prefer strategies. Played all entries of the “Heroes of Might and Magic” series.

Lots of people think that earlier students were better than nowadays. What do you think of it?

Agreed, students’ level decreases with every year. I think USE (Unified State Examination) is one of the active forces of this tendency. Well, and students’ attitude to studying nowadays is more like the one of external students.
